These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grage mobile application (“App”) and the related services and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Grage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Grage. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. User Accounts

Some features of Grage may require you to create an account. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. License and Restrictions

A. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

B. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Services.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Use any automated means to access or scrape the Services.
Upload viruses or malicious code or interfere with the operation of the App.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. User Content

You may have the opportunity to upload or share content, such as comments, favorites, or profile information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You agree that:

You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
Your content does not violate any law, infringe any rights, or contain harmful material.
We may remove or disable any content at our discretion.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Grage may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium content. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their payment terms.

You agree that:

All sales are final.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with platform rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Grage, including wallpapers, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download wallpapers solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Grage at any time if:

You violate these Terms.
We are required to do so by law.
We discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that reasonably should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grage is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Content will be accurate or reliable.
The App will meet your expectations.

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grage and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of:

The amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months, or
$10 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grage and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
